Alex Martin, Senior Project Manager

With a background in general construction, Alex leads our project management department, overseeing the planning and execution of projects from start to finish. His deep understanding of field operations, combined with strong attention to detail, allows him to anticipate challenges early and implement proactive solutions that keep projects on track.

Alex provides strategic leadership by aligning field teams, equipment, and schedules while maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. His focus on accountability, collaboration, and operational efficiency ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. He takes particular pride in guiding his team to successful project completion and in the strong results he and his team provide each customer.

Outside of work, Alex likes to spend his time outdoors, whether in his garden or in the woods. He also brings nature to his doorstep by feeding wildlife that comes calling.

Jennifer Loveland, Project Manager

With her outgoing personality, Jennifer has brought enthusiasm and a positive attitude to all that she does at Delta since joining us in 2018. As a project manager, she oversees projects across all divisions of the company, bringing strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to her work.

Jennifer excels at building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients. Her background in the investment industry at a large corporation has equipped her with excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with corporate clients.

She appreciates Delta’s commitment to work/life balance and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Jennifer is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys taking on new challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, with England being her favorite destination.

Isabella “Izzy” Crisafulli, Project Manager

Izzy loves working with people—whether it’s with her own project management teammates, the crews at Delta, or our suppliers and vendors. With every conversation, she strives to bring a cheerful smile, a positive attitude, and an extra dose of kindness. Relying on the organizational skills and problem-solving abilities she developed while earning her degrees in criminal justice and project management, Izzy helps manage the project schedules and prepare bids for new projects. She feels satisfied when she can be productive and ensure the successful outcome of a project, especially after seeing it through from start to finish. When she’s not working, Izzy loves to hike, camp, travel, and be active outdoors.

David Santangelo, Project Manager

With years of experience in both construction and business, Dave has the perfect background for a project manager. When he first joined Delta, he worked in substation construction and safety management, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. He also has a degree in Business Administration and has successfully run his own sales consultant business. So, he knows what it takes to keep a project moving smoothly and efficiently—not only in the field, but also in the office. Dave shares, “Managing large projects is very rewarding because it allows me to help guide them in the right direction. I enjoy supporting people throughout the process and making sure they are satisfied with the final result.” Outside of work, Dave enjoys playing volleyball and is looking forward to an exciting personal milestone as he prepares for his upcoming wedding in 2027.
